The OP-DIN Digital DIN-Rail Timer is a compact, single-module time switch designed to provide precise and dependable 24-hour and 7-day programmable control in DIN-rail installations. Ideal for applications such as lighting, heating, and general electrical equipment, it offers reliable scheduling in control panels and enclosures where space is limited.
Featuring a clear, easy-to-read LCD display, the OP-DIN allows straightforward programming and monitoring of operating schedules. It provides six ON and six OFF programmable events, enabling flexible and efficient control of connected loads across daily or weekly cycles.
Designed specifically for DIN-rail mounting, the timer occupies just one module width, making it well suited to modern distribution boards and control panels. Its compact housing measures 90 × 18 × 60 mm and weighs 110g, ensuring easy integration without compromising durability.
To maintain reliable operation during power interruptions, the OP-DIN is equipped with a rechargeable internal cell that provides up to 100 hours of battery backup. This ensures that both the time and programmed settings are retained in the event of a mains power failure, preventing the need for reprogramming once power is restored.
Manual control is available through Advance ON, Timed, and Advance OFF modes, allowing immediate user intervention without altering the stored programme. This flexibility is particularly useful for maintenance or temporary override requirements.
The timer is capable of switching a 16A resistive load and a 2A inductive load (cos Ø 0.6), making it suitable for a wide range of electrical applications. With an operating accuracy of ±2.5 seconds per day, it delivers dependable timing with minimal drift. Designed for versatility, it operates reliably within a temperature range of -10°C to +45°C.
