The APUMPHE is a high-efficiency permanent magnet central heating pump designed for circulating primary water in domestic heating systems. Engineered to deliver reliable performance with reduced energy consumption, it is ideally suited to modern installations where efficiency, quiet operation, and system adaptability are essential.
At the core of the APUMPHE is an intelligent differential pressure controller that automatically adjusts pump speed and power consumption in response to system demand when operating in auto mode. This ensures that pump output is precisely matched to the heating system’s requirements, improving efficiency and avoiding unnecessary energy use. For installations where fixed performance is preferred, the pump also allows selection of constant speed operation within adjustable minimum and maximum levels.
The APUMPHE is fully ERP compliant, meeting the requirements of the Energy-Related Products Directive introduced to reduce energy usage across heating appliances. With an Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) of less than 0.20, the pump delivers exceptionally low running costs while maintaining dependable circulation performance.
Compact in design, the pump measures 130 × 130 × 128 mm and features a 1.5” G1 (BSP) threaded flange connection with a 130 mm port-to-port distance, allowing straightforward integration into standard domestic heating systems. It is capable of delivering a maximum head of 6 metres and a maximum flow rate of 3.0 cubic metres per hour, making it suitable for a wide range of residential applications.
Operating on a 220–240V AC, 50Hz supply, the APUMPHE automatically varies its power consumption between 5 and 45 watts depending on system load. Quiet operation is maintained throughout, with a noise level below 43 dB(A), ensuring minimal disruption in residential environments.
